What is your definition of community building?
Firstly For me the “definition” of community building is building a network of open-minded people who accepts anyone interested in the community.of course include everyone — users, engineer, investors all of them.
I am worrying current blockchain communities are hard for newcomers to join, because in many communities experts are only interested in the heated discussion between insiders.
Of course, discussion is very important, but on the other hand this is preventing people out of blockchain communities to join.
So, as a community manager, the most important role is taking the balance between both side and make the best environment where everyone feel comfortable.
Currently, I am focusing on 2 steps. FIrstly,arrange every information in one place.Then, it will be easy for anyone to find what they want.Secondly, connect those people in different category as a hub.“category” means, for example, enterprises, investors, startups, engineers, and regular people who become the user of the service. Each of them has different demand, so provide what they want and deepen their understanding.
So, in short words, try to find what is necessary to build win-win relationship and realize and make connection, in my opinion this is one of the most important thing you have to keep in mind to build successful community.
